Adult Services Program Manager - Full-Time, Salaried

 

Duties & Responsibilities:  Oversee the Adult services program of URS.  Provide direct supervision, guidance and/or monitoring to Program Specialists/Case Managers, Nursing Coordinator and Activity Specialist.  Structure work situations and establish work methods for clients and staff.  Facilitate intake, outcome, and discharge and ISP process for department.  Maintain positive relationships with referral sources and community partners to enhance and expand community integrated services.

 

Qualifications:  Masters Degree in Rehabilitation or a closely related field preferred.  Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation or closely related field with 2-4 years experience in Vocational Habilitation or Community Based Day Services and Supervision/Management experience is required.  Outstanding oral, written, electronic and interpersonal communication skills and knowledge of job related software are a must. Must maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license meet all requirements necessary to provide non-medical and/or HPC transportation according to the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.  CPR and First Aid training are also required.
