The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Part-time Internship opportunity with the Center for Workplace Health team at our office located in Dallas, TX.

AHA’s Centers for Health Metrics and Evaluation (CHME) is looking for interns interested in gaining experience in working on workplace health implementation programs as part of the AHA CEO Roundtable. Join an interdisciplinary team and contribute to a wide variety of projects across the spectrum of cardiovascular health in the workplace principally the AHA’s Workplace Health.

Educational Background: 
Currently enrolled in college for a Master Degree
Skills/Experience: 
  • Strong skills interpreting survey data and translating these data into consumer-friendly reports.
  • Strong written scientific communication skills complemented by experience in performing systematic literature reviews, literature synthesis
  • Working knowledge of reference management software (e.g. EndNote).
