The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resource Information System - Internship in our National Center office located in Dallas, TX .

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Document RPA opportunities and processes
  • Participate in RPA vendor selection
  • Create/configure RPA jobs within the bot
  • Test all RPA Bots
  • Support ongoing jobs run via the RPA
  • Regression Testing
  • Document all processes and support for future use by HR.
Educational Background: 
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Currently enrolled in a college/University
Skills/Experience: 
  • Knowledge in HCM and Machine learning algorithms.
  • Knowledge of standard Human Resources practices, office procedures, and recordkeeping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization/staff in a professional manner
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
