Analyze the needs of clients then design/build/test/deploy a system to meet those needs.  Document all work/code, diagnose/resolve any problems with existing systems, as well as, perform required maintenance.  Actively engaged in IT projects and IT operational support activities.  Work activities will include, application development, database development, troubleshooting, and configuration-based development on MS Dynamics 365 along and other platforms like SharePoint and .NET.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and evaluate customer’s business processes against the standard “out-of-box” functionality, related customizations, portals, and reports to model the client's organizational processes.
  • Promote Dynamics 365 solutions from development to production environments.
  • Implement, administer security and configure Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Integrate CRM solution into other systems like an ERP, Intranet and Websites.
  • Perform requirements analysis and design with project leads, business analysts and internal customers.
  • Design/build/test/deploy functionality built/configured in Dynamics 365.
  • Build data migration and integration mappings as needed.
  • Develop and maintain data integrations with applications on premises and in the cloud.
  • Document work/code including and not limited to process workflows and architecture diagrams.
Educational Background: 
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, OR equivalent experience.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Experience with development of MS Dynamics CRM applications using Visual Studio.
  • Experience with design of workflows in tools like Microsoft Visio and implement the workflows in Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and .NET Architecture.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role.
  • 5+ years of experience with web and/or applications development.
  • 2+ years of experience with IT operations/application support.
  • Must be competent in the following languages:  C#, SQL, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Web technologies - HTML5, JavaScript (jQuery, Angular.js, or Knockout.js), CSS (Bootstrap, SASS / LESS), AJAX, JSON.
  • Experience in implementing solutions using effective and innovative methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid writing skills, and superb spoken communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • In-depth analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Ability to work closely with other departments in many roles: consulting, developing and supporting of enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge to integrate data within internal and external services.
  • Assist other departments with selection, implementation, and integration of enterprise applications.
  • Proficient with computer languages utilized in internal development.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and relevant FDA regulations; ensuring compliance and implementation throughout job duties.
  • Understanding of QA and UAT processes in advising internal customers with outside vendors.
  • Understanding or experience with Agile development best practices.
  • Understanding of general business, health care, and health coverage issues.
