The internship opportunities are open to current students or recent graduates of a college program. The intern is expected to demonstrate a keen interest in nonprofits, as well as interest in a field of study related to the position.
This internship position reports to the Senior Director, Enablement on the Investor Relations team. This position will focus on the formalization and institutionalization of an organization wide grants performance and reporting process as well as support impact reporting efforts for our international grants. This includes working directly with the Sr. Director, Enablement as well as various stakeholders across Investor Relations and UWW to enhance and finalize the processes. Once finalized, the intern will lead the creation of training materials and support the logistics involved in provided organization wide training, as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance international grant impact reporting
- Align international grant impact reporting with specific organizational record in salesforce
- Craft donor facing international impact reports as needed
- Assist with the development and enhancement of monthly and quarterly performance dashboards
- Support logistics for facilitating UWW wide training sessions for UWW grants process
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and timelines while being detail-oriented
- High proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, knowing when to escalate issues as appropriate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team and take on additional responsibilities as required
